Fish Hawk also has a variety of private and charter schools for you to choose from, including Bell Creek Academy (sixth through ninth), Foundation Christian Academy (Kindergarten through twelfth), St. Stephen’s Catholic School (Kindergarten through twelfth) and Valrico Lake Advantage Academy (Kindergarten through fifth).

Besides its many different educational options to choose from, Fish Hawk and its neighboring cities also have much to offer in the way of recreational activities. Alafia River State Park is a great way to explore nature near Fish Hawk. Break out your running shoes or your mountain bike and get a feel for the nature trails on an early morning or on the weekend. Hikers might also enjoy Alderman’s Ford Park nearby.
